    This recipe for coconut ginger fizz cocktail features homemade pistachio, spicy rum and a touch of nutmeg spice all mixed with coconut and finished with a spicy kick of ginger. Serve over crushed ice for an exotic beverage.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1.5 oz Spiced Rum
    • 1/2 tbsp Pistachio Orgeat see recipe, linked below
    • 1.5 oz Coconut Water
    • Nutmeg sprinkle
    • Mint Leaves Fresh
    • 1 Slice Lime
    • 1 Bottle Ginger Beer

    Instructions
     

    • Muddle mint leaves in bottom of shaker or glass
    • Pour rum, pistachio orgeat and coconut water into shaker and shake or pour into glass and stir vigorously.
    • Pour over crushed ice, squeeze lime juice and then top off with ginger beer.
    • Sprinkle nutmeg over top, garnish with lime slice and enjoy!
