Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sugar white
  • 30 stems pea shoots

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat over to 170℉ or lowest setting.
  • Spread pea shoot stems evenly over baking sheet.
  • Cook for 40 minutes or until pea shoots are fully dried (but not browned).
  • Remove pea shoots from oven and place in food processor along with sugar.
  • Pulse until pea shoots are completely ground into sugar.
  • Store in a glass container with tight fitting lid.
