Instructions
Pre-heat over to 170℉ or lowest setting.
Spread pea shoot stems evenly over baking sheet.
Cook for 40 minutes or until pea shoots are fully dried (but not browned).
Remove pea shoots from oven and place in food processor along with sugar.
Pulse until pea shoots are completely ground into sugar.
Store in a glass container with tight fitting lid.
