Coconut Ginger Fizz Rum Cocktail
This recipe for coconut ginger fizz cocktail features homemade pistachio, spicy rum and a touch of nutmeg spice all mixed with coconut and finished with a spicy kick of ginger. Serve over crushed ice for an exotic beverage.

Ginger Beer
Instructions
Muddle mint leaves in bottom of shaker or glass
Pour rum, pistachio orgeat and coconut water into shaker and shake or pour into glass and stir vigorously.
Pour over crushed ice, squeeze lime juice and then top off with ginger beer.
Sprinkle nutmeg over top, garnish with lime slice and enjoy!
