Instructions
Slice plum in half and remove pit.
Roughly chop plums or slice into wedges.
Add plums, ginger and star anise in small saucepan.
Pour water to cover and add sugar.
Cook for 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Once the fruit is softened and the water has turned jammy, the stewed fruit is done.
Pour fruit over a bowl filled with yogurt and sprinkle with granola, or nuts.
