Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple I used jonagold
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 bay leaf fresh, not dried

Instructions
 

  • Core and slice apple, leave skin on.
  • Place apple slices, honey, bay leaf and water in saucepan.
  • Simmer on low for 20 minutes, no need to stir.
  • Remove from pan and spoon softened apples over yogurt or cake.
