This cranberry infused apple cider is mixed with rum and perfect for the Holiday season! Ginger and cinnamon spices add festive flavors and ginger beer tops it off with a sparkling finish.

Ingredients
  

Spiced Cranberry juice with Apple Cider

  • 3 cups Cranberry Juice
  • 2 cups Apple Cider
  • 750 ml Ginger Beer 1 large bottle
  • 1 0z Crystallized Ginger chopped, about 3 large pieces
  • 10 Cloves whole
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon broken in half
  • cup Sugar white
  • 7.5 ounces White Rum optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat add cranberry juice, apple cider, sugar, ginger, cloves, and broken cinnamon sticks and stir to combine.
  • Allow cranberry juice to cool completely.
  • Cook on a low boil for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and remove spices by straining through a fine mesh sieve into container you are using.
  • In a liter sized carafe or pitcher add spiced cranberry juice and apple cider, swirl to mix.

Assemble Apple Cider and Cranberry Cocktail

  • In a glass (8 ounces) put several ice cubes (3-4), mix 4 ounces cranberry cider drink mix, 1.5 ounces white rum, and top with sparkling non-alcoholic ginger beer. Enjoy!
