Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat add cranberry juice, apple cider, sugar, ginger, cloves, and broken cinnamon sticks and stir to combine.
Allow cranberry juice to cool completely.
Cook on a low boil for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and remove spices by straining through a fine mesh sieve into container you are using.
In a liter sized carafe or pitcher add spiced cranberry juice and apple cider, swirl to mix.
Assemble Apple Cider and Cranberry Cocktail
In a glass (8 ounces) put several ice cubes (3-4), mix 4 ounces cranberry cider drink mix, 1.5 ounces white rum, and top with sparkling non-alcoholic ginger beer. Enjoy!
