Botanical Cold Brew Oolong with Hibiscus and Rose.

Botanical Cold Brew Oolong with Hibiscus and Rose

Oolong tea leaves, dried hibiscus and dried rose petals steep together slowly in cold water overnight, drawing out a deep, jewel-toned brew that is floral, slightly tart and beautifully complex. Oolong sits naturally between green and black tea - its flavor is rich and slightly honeyed with a gentle earthiness that holds up beautifully against the tartness of hibiscus and the musky sweetness of rose. Pour over ice and drink it exactly as it is, or top with sparkling water if you prefer a lighter finish. Sweeten lightly with honey if you'd like, but this one is lovely completely on its own.
