Botanical Cold Brew Green Tea with Jasmine and Lemongrass

Loose leaf green tea, dried jasmine flowers and fresh lemongrass steep together overnight in cold water, slowly drawing out a delicate, layered flavor that hot brewing never quite achieves. Floral, lightly citrusy and completely unhurried — pour over ice, top with sparkling water and sweeten to taste. A beautiful non-alcoholic alternative that takes five minutes to assemble and does the rest on its own.
