Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Red Cabbage small head, sliced thin
  • ¼ Cup Red Onion Coarsely Chopped
  • 2 Black Plums Chopped into 8 sections per plum
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice Powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350℉
  • Slice small head of red cabbage thinly.
  • Toss red cabbage, red onion and black plums together in medium bowl.
  • Pour olive oil over and sprinkle Chinese 5 Spice Powder over, mix the coat all ingredients.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until cabbage is softened and Chinese 5 spice is toasted over vegetables.
  • Sprinkle with salt and black pepper if desired and serve.
