Foraged Ingredient Cake
Slice the knotweed stalks into Uniform 1/3 inch rounds, 1 Cup total
Make sure to choose young shoots when foraging as older mid summer knotweed stalks are more stringy and dont cook down as nicely as early spring stalks do...
Cream sugar, butter until blended add eggs, 1 at a time. Mix in flour, sugar, black pepper, milk and vanilla.
