Slow Cooker Corned Beef

Prepare this recipe 2 days in advance for flavor filled  corned beef that is tender and pleases a crowd!

Brining the brisket in a special blend of spices infueses the beef with a depth of flavor

INGREDIENTS – 1 Bay Leaf – 4 Pounds Corned Beef Brisket Flat Cut – 1/4 tsp Cloves Whole – 1/4 tsp AllSpice Whole – 1/2 tsp mustard seeds yellow – 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes – 1/4 cup kosher salt – 1 tsp sugar – 1 stick cinnamon – 3 cups water

Gather your ingredients...

Mix spices together and measure out salt. Place corned beef in slow cooker insert.

Place all ingredients in slow cooker

Mix together, put lid onto slow cooker and leave in regriderator for at least 2 days, no more than 3.....

Cook the corned beef on low for 6 hours  using a slow cooker
